James Bond Competition - Get Involved!

This week, the English, Film and Media Department have shared with students the details of an external competition.
‘Talenthouse’ want young creators to make their own mark on the iconic visual history of the James Bond franchise, by creating a unique, eye-catching and undeniably ‘Bond’ themed poster. The poster should be inspired by the Daniel Craig films, while celebrating the design legacy of Bond.
As a department, we are working towards providing more enrichment opportunities and industry links for our students whom might later consider a career in the Film and Media Industry. With this departmental vision in mind, the prize for worthy winners may appeal to our budding illustrators and creators. The judging panel will include members of the Universal Pictures International Marketing Department, and may also include James Bond producers Michael G. Wilson, Barbara Broccoli, the Director of No Time To Die, Cary Joji Fukunaga and Daniel Craig.
If you would like to enter the competition, please review the launch details here.
If successful, students could potentially have their work included across Bond social and digital channels and receive career advice and feedback on their submission. Additionally, 5 pieces of selected work will be rewarded with a £2,000 prize.
Submissions should be submitted via the Talenthouse website by 5pm on the 22nd January 2020.
