Please note that by completing this form you are consenting to STAGS PTA adding your mobile phone number to our “Stags PTA” WhatsApp group which is our primary method of communicating with our volunteers about events and meetings. You are also consenting to STAGS PTA retaining your information which will be held securely and only for the use of STAGS PTA and deleted once your child leaves STAGS.
