International Food Day

Last week we had our first STAGS International Food Day which was an incredible success. There were copious amounts of international dishes which were shared amongst our community. Students, staff and parents came together in the Hall to celebrate our diverse cultures over the sharing of food. It was incredible to see the wide range of dishes that were brought in and the generosity shown. Everyone involved loved the day and we are extremely grateful to parents who joined us in our kitchens cooking up dishes from their background and culture and parents who joined us on the day—this made it extra special! Students were not only brave with trying new foods, but also proud of the foods that originated from their culture. Thank you to all who donated to the day by bringing in a dish; we really hope to have you all on board next year! In addition we also raised over £260 for The Hunger Project.

Warm Regards,
Miss Lambert
