Huge congratulations to Emma Afari in 9H who was one of six girls selected to represent Hertfordshire at the recent Indoor Athletics Championships. Emma attended county trials where she had to perform and compete in a number of disciplines and the selectors liked what they saw! On the 24th March, Emma travelled to Norwich to compete against other counties in the East region. Emma was thrilled to come first in her 2x1 lap race helping the Hertfordshire Under 15 girls secure 2nd place overall. A wonderful achievement and a great start to the athletics season
