STAGS Garden News

Our Year 7 and Year 8 plots are looking beautiful with all the plants flowering and realising the girls’ visions from way back in November! We have lots of seeds sown, ready for a new season of veg, herbs and flowers. Our strawberry bed is flourishing and we have a healthy crop of potato plants.
The warmer weather has brought more girls and even some staff out to the garden to enjoy a few moments just sitting in our little seating area, or digging, watering and weeding. If any parent has a spare garden waste shredder lurking or forgotten, in a shed somewhere, we would love to give it a new home. We have access to plenty of compostable material, but not enough time to chop it all up by hand!
