Welcome to

St Albans Girls' School

"Students’ attitudes to learning, behaviour and all aspects of school life are exemplary. They value and thrive on the many opportunities to take on responsibility, as well as the exciting range of enrichment activities on offer. As a result, they develop very strong spiritual, moral, social and cultural values."

St Albans Girls' School provides many opportunities for students to widen their learning beyond the classroom.

We are proud of the wide range of extracurricular activities available. We have school teams in a wide range of sports, a large variety of orchestras and music ensembles and drama and art workshops. Many of our students also take part in the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.

Residential opportunities are provided for all our students including World Challenge expeditions, and trips abroad.

The full list of the clubs currently on offer is available in the document below called Enrichment: Clubs and Activities.

If students have ideas for clubs or activities that they would like to see offered by the school they should speak to their House Captain or Head of Key Stage.
